Yixing Balen Optoelectronic Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 in Zhoutie Town, Yixing County, Wuyi City, Jiangsu Province, China, with the registered capital of RMB15 million. Our company occupies an area of about 283,280 square meters and our factory area is more than 10,000 square meters. Our factory enjoys convenient transportation as Xiyi Expressway is nearby. As a Sino-Singaporean company, we employ more than 100 workers and technicians, and we are engaged in researching and producing sputtering targets. We possess an integrated production line, advanced production equipment, and advanced testing equipment. Our main products are ceramic sputtering targets such as AZO targets (alumina doped zinc oxide), GZO targets (gallium doped zinc oxide), YZO targets (yttrium doped zinc oxide), SZO targets (scandium doped zinc oxide), and ITO targets (tin doped indium oxide), and our new patent sputtering targets - BELEM-CT09O1 with highly-stable and highly transparent conductive films (particularly suitable for solar cells).

We use our patent technique to produce ceramic sputtering targets. With the new technology, we can not only make the structure of sputtering targets very even, but also make our faults down to nearly zero. Therefore, we can supply sputtering targets with the characteristics as follows: the relative density is more than 99% and the purity is more than 99.99%.
